Deposit Requirements:
Weekly: 50% deposit with reservation; balance due 30 days before arrival.

Two Night Minimum: 50% deposit with reservation; balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Weekly: We require 60 days cancellation notice for a full deposit refund

Two Night Minimum: We require 15 days cancellation notice for a full deposit refund

There is a $25 processing charge per room for all refunds regardless of reason or amount of notice. No refunds for nights not stayed. No shows WILL BE CHARGED for the entire reserved period.

Linens not provided for weekly rentals. Extra linens available at $50.00 per week.

Weekly: Saturday 2:00pm to 9:00pm;
Arrivals after 9:00pm by special arrangement ONLY!

Nightly: 2:00pm to 9:00pm;
